I sampled this pizza back in 2008 when I left Europe and headed back home to Las Vegas, Nevada. This pizza has never been replicated in the states. The crust was delicious, chewy, and baked to perfection. I loved the light sauce and the olive oil on the dough. The freshness and quality of the cheese, ingredients, and cooking method was outstanding. The oven itself was amazing, burning very hot, enough to cook a pizza in minutes. My father and I ate 15 slices between us. The owner was a very friendly and kind man who was entertained at the fact that we ate so many slices. I wish I could learn from this master of pizza. I would love nothing more than to sample his pizza again
